China blocked LiveJournal

What is China heading to? It has blocked LiveJournal website and hence 8,692 Chinese bloggers after the National People’s Congress meeting in Beijing.

 

You can check if your website is also blocked by going to GreatFirewallofChina.org which checks any website in real-time.

 

 

You know what, my website URL is blocked in China although it also mentions -

 

This version , 1.0 may report sites as being ‘blocked’, while there are only technical reasons for their unavalibility.

 

 

I don’t know why are the blocking LiveJournal alongwith Digg, Google.com, Wikipedia etc etc.
